Missed Opportunity Alerts are notifications of inbound calls where a valid Sales or Service lead did not result in a booked appointment. A Missed Opportunity is a call where an appointment was possible but not set. Missed Opportunity Alerts allow management to review these calls and take action to convert the leads into booked appointments.
Missed Opportunity Alerts can be received by email and/or SMS text messaging. Management level users can manage their Missed Opportunity Alert preference from their user profile settings under Notifications.
