How to Reassign an Appointment
**Only Managers have access to reassign an appointment from the Opportunity Management Log. BDRs can reassign an appointment from their Agent Console (See the article "How to Reassign an Appointment -BDR")
Note: All of the Activity associated with the reassigned appointment will be credited to the BDR the appointment was reassigned.
1. From the BDC Central menu, choose Logs and then Opportunity Management.
2. Use the appropriate filter/sort options to display the appointments you want to update. (See article “Managing BDC Appointments” for more information on using filter/sort options.)
3. To reassign an appointment, select the BDR Name from the Rep column.
4. This will display a pop up box to Change Credited Rep.
5.Select the new BDR’s Name from the drop down menu and then OK.
Note: All of the Activity associated with the reassigned appointment will be credited to the BDR the appointment was reassigned.
