How to Delete an Appointment or Activity
1. From the BDC Central menu, choose Logs and then Activity Log.
2. Use the appropriate filter/sort options to display the activities you want to update. (See article “Managing BDC Appointments” for more information on using filter/sort options.)
3. To delete an activity, select menu icon in the Action column.
4. This will display a pop up box with Activity Options for Edit and Delete. Select Delete.
5. Selecting Delete will display a pop up box to confirm you want to delete that customer activity. Select Yes to delete the activity.
