This article will guide you through creating a link within DealerSocket that will take you directly to CallerCX.
About My Links Setup
To create a My Link entry
1. In CRM, navigate to Admin > Store Admin > My links Setup
The My Links Setup page opens:
2. In the Title field, type the name you want the link to display.
3. In the Hyperlink field, paste the page or location's URL.
4. Click + Add Link
The new entry appears at the bottom of the list.
5. Test the link by clicking the link in the Hyperlink column.
6. If it does not go to the correct page or location, click 
Edit Link and paste the correct URL in the Hyperlink column.
7. Click + Add Link
To edit the name or URL for an existing My Link entry
1. On the My Links Setup page, locate the link to be changed.
2. Click Edit Link
The Title and Hyperlink columns become editable.
3. Change the values in one or both of the columns.
4. Click + Add Link
To delete a My Link entry
1. On the My Links Setup page, locate the link to be deleted.
2. Check the box at the beginning of it's row.
3. Click 
Delete Link.
