This article will walk your through the steps of disabling CallerCX's Click to Call in VinSolutions
NOTE: If you disable CallerCX's Click to Call, the Call Details UI will be reverted back to VinSolutions' original version of the user interface, thus losing the ability to listen to the call recordings from within the Call Details screen. However, you can still listen to the call from the "Monitored In" queue.

Disabling Click to Call:
1) Log into VinSolutions and select Settings...
2) Select Dealer Settings and then Partner Enablement...
3) Under the Call Tracking Provider's section, locate CallerCX and click on Settings...
4) Click the toggle for Click to Call to disable.
REMINDER: Once you have Click to Call disabled, you may want to deactivate the tracking line you created for the outbound masking #, unless you intend to continue using that tracking line.
