Appointments created in CallerCX can be viewed and edited using the Opportunity Management Log. To view saved Appointments, go to the Menu Navigation Bar and select Logs, then Opportunity Management.
By default, the Opportunity Management Log opens to saved Appointments by Appointment Date and the Timeframe is "Today".
To view the appointments by the date the appointment was created, select the toggle button "By Activity Date" to change views.
Filters can be selected to change the following display information:
- Dealership (If applicable)
- Brand
- User
- Timeframe
To adjust the Timeframe filter, click on the Timeframe filter box. This opens selections for Timeframes. Timeframes longer than a month can be selected using the Custom Range.
To edit an appointment, from the appointment log click on the Action button next to the appointment to be edited.
From the Action button drop-down menu, select Edit.
This opens the Edit Appointment form. After editing has been completed, select Save to save all changes.
