This article explains how to log SOP calls using the Agent Console.
From the Agent Console, Select the following:
- Service (Dept)
- Dealership/Brand
- Proactive Campaign
Select Lead Details
- Initial Activity (if this is the first time calling the customer)
- Follow Up Activity (Unappointed, or Missed Appointment)
Select Campaign, then SOP (can type to search)
Select remaining call activities and Select "SAVE"
