Note: In order to receive notifications via text, you need to make sure the phone number you have listed in your user profile is correct and has the ability to receive text messages.
If you are not receiving any notifications via text, you may need to enable the feature in your user profile by doing the following:
1. In the left navigation pane, select Admin-Users...
2. Scroll down and select the Notifications tab. Here you can enable text notifications (SMS) for Sales and Service.
Note: In order to receive notifications via email, you need to make sure the email address you have listed in your user profile is correct.
Also, the Missed Opportunity alerts can often be mistaken for spam and may be filtered into that folder, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder to confirm they are not being routed there.
If you are still not receiving any notifications via email, confirm the feature is enabled in your user profile by doing the following:
1. In the left navigation pane, select Admin-Users...
2. Scroll down and select the Notifications tab. Here you can enable email notifications for Sales and Service.
