In BDC Central activities are defined as Revenue or Non-Revenue based. Any activity where an appointment can be scheduled is considered as a Revenue activity. A Non-Revenue activity is any activity where an appointment is not generally scheduled. Below are examples Non-Revenue Activities.
Non-Revenue:
- Appointment Updates: Confirmation Calls, Cancellations, and Rescheduling of appointments
- CSI Calls
- Reception Calls: Transfers to other departments
