PACE is a tool used to monitor the rate of progress an agent or BDC is making towards reaching the Daily Activity Goal for revenue based activity.
PACE is calculated based on the number of revenue activities logged compared to the revenue activity goal on a per minute basis.
PACE = $ Activity Logged - ($ Activity per Minute Goal x # minutes already worked)
Below is an example of a PACE calculation for an agent working Full Time (8 hour day).
8 hours x 60 minutes/hr = 480 minutes scheduled to work
90 ($Activity Goal) / 480 minutes = 0.1875 $Activity per Minute Goal
PACE = $ Activity Logged - ($ Activity per Minute Goal x # minutes already worked)
PACE = 22 - (0.1875 $Activity per min goal x 74 minutes already worked) = 8
