Call Summaries now include the customer's objection(s) base on the following criteria:
1) An Appointment was Requested
2) An Appointment was NOT Booked.
Customers' objections may include price, payment, trade-in, down payment or no availability. This is only for Sales calls.
- Activity Log - Resolved issue of deleted activities not being removed from the Activity Log.
- User Filters - Corrected Users filter to show only users in the assigned department.
- Call Log - Improved Call Summaries to increase accuracy when reporting on Appointments set or not set.
- Call Log - Improved accuracy of calls categorized as Bad Calls.
- Call Log - Improved accuracy of calls going to Voicemail and getting scored.
