We are excited to announce the release of BDC Central 2.0! Here's what's new:
BDC Central has been given a facelift! You will notice throughout BDC Central we have enhanced the display screens. In some areas, we have updated and added new features to provide improved data reporting.
Here's what's new:
Profile Avatars - You can now upload your own profile picture or choose one from our collection of preset avatars. Refer to this article Profile Avatars.
Primary Dashboard - Inbound Call Performance information has been moved to the Call Management Dashboard. The Primary Dashboard reports on daily logged activities plus the Show and Sold results from those activities. Refer to this article Primary Dashboard Key Features.
Call Management Dashboard - This dashboard provides a summary of all inbound call tracking. Information about real-time active calls and Agent statistics have been added. Refer to this article Call Management Dashboard Key Features
Display Boards: Appointments Set - Profile avatars have been added to agent data cards. An appointment countdown with information about Today's, Tomorrow's and the next day's scheduled appointments have been added to the display. The display view can be changed between appointments by dealership and appointments by brand.
Missed Opportunity Alerts Report - Action icons have been updated. Use the + button to view the call. Use the calendar button to Book Appt or Close the alert. Closed alerts will change the red Bell to a grey crossed out bell.
