Call Management Updates: We are excited to announce updates to Call Classification, Call Scoring, Missed Opportunity Alerts, and the Phone Skills Report. This update will be the first of three updates over the next few weeks which will focus on refining accuracy.
Progress Report Updates:
The Progress Report has been updated to show the same data points as the Comparison Report. The values in the data columns have been separated from the percentages to permit data separation when the report is exported to Excel. Claimed Sold data will now always be included in exported reports even when the values are zeros.
Comparison Report Updates:
In the Details page, Chat and Text sections have been updated in the New Leads section to report only the number of new leads and appointment set from new leads. The Chat and Text sections now resemble the reporting for Inbound Calls.
Bug Fixes:
Dealership Activity Log - Sales Managers and Service Advisors can now update information in this log.
Agent Console - Users with single rooftop BDCs will no longer have to click on their dealership to begin logging activities. The dealership button will remain preselected by default.
Comparison and Progress Report errors in data reporting have been fixed.
Missed Opportunity Alert Report - The dialog box for closing a Missed Opportunity has been updated and errors when closing this action have been fixed.
