New Report:
Service No Books Report - We have created a new report that provides tracking information for Service Phone Ups where appointments were not booked. Activity data can be viewed at User, Dealership, and BDC levels. This report is located in the Menu Navigation Bar under BDC Tracker.
Reporting Updates:
The Comparison report has been updated to include additional activity data, including Total Phone Ups, Total OB Calls and Total Calls. The By Lead Source page has been relabelled "Details" to better convey information contain on this page. Display columns for the activity data amounts and percentages have been updated to permit separation of data percentages when exporting reports to Excel.
The reporting of Days Active has been removed from the Progress report, however; the Comparison report still reports the Days Active for each user. Additional updates to the Progress Report will be made in the next release.
TO Management Log - A new column for Dealership was added to display the name of each dealership assigned to each Transfer of Opportunity.
Agent Console Update - Single Rooftop Customers: Dealership selection will now be required prior to brand selections. The purpose of this update is to ensure the accuracy of the dealership assignment for each agent.
General Bug Fixes
Receptionists can now update the appointment status for multiple dealerships.
Notification Toggles in User Profiles- The issues with toggle selections not saving has been resolved.
Comparison Report -Appointment Ratio percentage calculation corrected.
