The following features and improvements will be available in BDC Central on June 24, 2017
New Features:
Text Message Appointment Confirmation Notations - Appointments scheduled to receive text message appointment confirmations will be noted with a callout icon (
) in the Opportunity Management Log and in the Appointment Management area of the Agent Console.
Activity Log - Booked Appointments that have been reassigned will be noted in the Details column and include the name of the agent who reassigned the appointment.
Improvements:
Leaderboard - Updated to include both increases (green) and decreases (red) in rankings.
Dashboard - PACE limited to a single working day. Filtering for multiple days will not combine daily PACE.
Mystery Shop Reports - Report viewing restored.
Bonus Pay - Updated to include BDM activity.
Marketing Report - Marketing Tool activities without custom Campaign names separated by Marketing Tool.
