- Receptionist Log now available; includes all Non-Revenue activities logged by the Receptionist, BDC Agents and Sales Reps. Can be viewed by BDM, Sales Manager, Service Manager and Customer Executive user roles.
- TO Management Log
- Live TO status updated to include Completed-No Appt or Booked Appt and Customer Name
- Status or Requested TO will be “Not Addressed” until updated by a manager and automatically set to Ignored after 48 hours
- Agent Console updates
- For Booked Appointments, time selection for minutes changed to 5-minute increments
- For agents working in both Sales & Service Departments Activity Gauges (fish bowls) are hidden from view in Non-Revenue and Appt Mgmt navigation tabs.
