For each dealership, Failed Calls are summarized into daily and weekly email notifications. The Daily Emails are scheduled to go out each morning at 7 AM EST, and the Weekly Emails are scheduled to go out every Monday at 7 AM EST. The email notifications are sent out only if the Failed Call Rate exceeds the default rate of 10% or the customized rate set up in the dealership's Call Management profile settings.
Executive and Manager level users can elect to receive Failed Call Notifications. The Failed Call Notification emails can be turned on or off within each user's profile settings. Daily and/or Weekly notifications may be activated. For newly created management level users, Weekly Failed Call emails are turned ON by default with the option to customize setting preferences.

How to Customize the Dealership Failed Call Rate
From the navigation menu select Admin, then select Dealership.
From the Dealership list, select the Action button for the dealership you want to update, then select Edit.
To manage the dealership preferences for Failed Call Rate, select Setting and Goals to open the drop-down menu.
By default, the dealership's Call Fail Rate % is set to 10. This means that email notifications for Fail Calls will not be sent out unless the Call Fail Rate % exceeds 10%. To customize the preference for this setting, enter the desired Call Fail Rate % and Save to update new preferences.
Managing Failed Call Notifications
From the navigation menu bar select Admin, then select User,
Locate the User's name, then click on the Action button followed by Edit
This will direct you to the user's profile page. Open the Notifications drop-down selection area.
Failed Call Alerts can be turned on or off by clicking on the toggle.
Turning on Failed Call Alerts opens additional selection features for receiving Weekly and Daily Email alerts.
Once desired selections have been made, select Save to save changes.
Viewing Failed Call Emails
The Daily Emails are scheduled to go out each morning at 7 AM EST, and the Weekly Emails are scheduled to go out every Monday at 7 AM EST.
With the open email, users can click on the View Failed Call Report button to open the Failed Call report in BDC Central.
