This article explains how to understand the content displayed in the Appointments Set Display Board. The purpose of the Appointments Set Display Board is to be able to monitor the appointments generated and scheduled for a specified date range.
To access the Appointments Set Display Board from the Menu Navigation bar, select Display Boards then Appointments Set.
By default, the Appointment Set display board opens to the current date.
Filters can be adjusted to customize reporting for Specific users and/or Timeframe.
Select desired Users and/or Timeframe, then select Apply to filter. If no changes are made to the filter, all active users will be displayed and the today's date will be displayed.
Note: Only a single day at a time can be selected for the Timeframe.
Settings for display views can be adjusted by clicking on the Settings icon.
Toggles can be turned on or off to adjust information to be displayed.
- Displayed Departments: BDC Sales, BDC Service, and Sales. Settings can be adjusted to customized viewed departments.
- Agents Listed: Agents actively logging are displayed by the department.
- Appts Set: The number of appointments set compared to the number of appointments needed for Daily Appt Goal.
- Appt Show: The number of appointments that have shown compared to the scheduled appointments due to show; for the selected timeframe.
