This article will guide you through setting your dealership in DealerVault to allow DMS Integration with BDC Central.
DVGo is DealerVault's onboarding and DMS setup tool. It allows you to create your Dealer Group account on the DealerVault platform.

NOTE: If you do not see your DMS System listed, please continue to check back with us to confirm, as DealerVault is constantly adding new DMS systems to their platform. So while it may not be supported at the moment, it could be very soon!
If you have already created a profile in DVGo, you may skip down to "Managing Your Account". Here you will find instructions on adding Proactive Dealer Solutions as a Vendor, as well as how to add the required File Types we need for the DMS Integration. (ie. Sales, Service, Service Appointments)
If you have NOT created a profile in the DVGo platform, please start with Step 1 under DVGo Setup. If you need assistance, please see the "Getting Help" section at the bottom of this article on how to contact DealerVault's support team.
DVGo Setup:
For more details on setup and
1. Create your profile
Fill out your contact information and add any additional information needed. You will be the group's administrator moving forward.
2. Enter your Dealer Group name
This will be used to group all of your stores under 1 account. If you are not part of a group, you can enter your store's name.
3. Add your Dealer Store
Fill out your store's name and address information.
4. Verify your Store Address
Chose the most accurate address between what Google suggested or the address entered. Once done, you can add more stores or continue with the current store's setup.
5. Add your Vendors
Select and add vendor affiliations to your store.
Note: For BDC Central integration, you must add "Proactive Dealer Solutions" as the vendor.
6. Add your DMS/Data Source Information
Select your DMS/Data Source(s) from the drop down menu. Sign any authorization forms via DocuSign or enter credentials when applicable.
7. Add your File Types
Select all or choose the specific file types to associate with your Vendor selection and submit. This creates an internal ticket with DealerVault's staff to begin data integration.
Proactive Dealer Solutions requires 3 Feeds (Sales, Service and Appointments). It's very important that ALL 3 feeds are selected, otherwise we cannot approve.
Managing Your Account:
Adding a Store
If you need to go back and add a store to your Dealer Group after your initial setup, you can do so by logging into DVGo and clicking the Add a Store button on the landing page.
This will take you through Steps 3 - 7 listed above.
Adding a File Type
If you only set up specific file types on your initial setup, and need to go back to add a new file type for a new Vendor, you can do so by navigating to File Type Selection.
Proactive Dealer Solutions requires 3 Feeds (Sales, Service and Appointments). It's very important that ALL 3 feeds are selected, otherwise we cannot approve the integration.
Adding a Vendor
If you need to add a new Vendor (ie. Proactive Dealer Solutions) to a store that hasn't completed setup/needs additional file types set up, you can manage your Vendors by navigating to Vendor Selection.
The +Add Vendor button will bring you to a list of available vendors, search for Proactive Dealer Solutions.
