The TO Management log is used to track and manage Transfer Opportunities logged by the agents. Both Live TOs and Requested TOs are recorded in the log. This article explains how to access and manage your Transfer Opportunities.

Accessing the TO Management log:
From the Menu Navigation Bar, Select LOGS
Then select TO Management...
Here you will be able to view a list of your TO's, with the following column listings:
Action - Allows manager to update the status. Only Requested TO can be updated.
Date - The date/time the TO was logged.
Type - This will indicate if TO was a Live TO or a Requested TO.
Status - This will show the current status of the TO (ie. Pending, Booked Appt, Completed-No Appt, or Ignored).
Manager - Manager's name if applicable.
Department - Department (ie. Sales or Service).
Handled By - The agent that entered the TO.
Customer Name - The customer's name.
Notes - Any additional notes added for this TO.
*New - Manager Notes - Manager can add additional notes here when actioning a Requested TO
Updating the Status of a Requested TO (Manager Only Feature):
To update the status of a Requested TO, click the Action button...
Then click Update Manager T/O...
This will open the Manager T/O screen, where you have four options for updating the status of a Requested TO.
- Pending
- Completed - No Appt
- Book Appt
- Ignored
From here, you will select one of four options...
1) Change to Pending
Click the Action button, select Update Manager T/O and then select Pending...
This will then change the status of the TO to Pending...
2) Change to Booked Appt
Click the Action button, select Update Manager T/O, and then select "Booked Appt".
Select the Date/Time field to enter in the date and time of the scheduled appointment and then click Apply...
Enter any additional notes into the Appointment Notes field...
Then click OK to save your changes...
This will then change the status of the TO to Booked Appt...
3) Change to Completed-No Appt
Click the Action button, select Update Manager T/O, and then select Completed-No Appt...
This will then change the status of the TO to Completed-No Appt...
4) Change to Ignored
Click the Action button, select Update Manager T/O, and then select Ignored...
This will then change the status of the TO to Ignored...
Additional TO Management Log Features:
Filtering -The TO Management Log can be filtered by department Type (Sales or Service), Dealership, User and Timeframe.
Search - The Type to Search bar allows you to search specific data.
Export - Log can be exported to Excel. This is recommended for sorting between Requested TO and Live TO.
