We are excited to announce that we have updated the curriculum for Biz Dev University. Existing training has been reorganized, and in some cases, updated to provide more universal and skills-focused training. Review the updates below to get more information about these changes.
Launch date: October 23, 2020
Existing Training Enrollments:
Users already enrolled in training will remain enrolled in their selected courses and will not lose any training progress for those courses.
Some courses have been updated with additional training content, graded quizzes where applicable, and completion certificates. Users who have already completed training for updated courses will not be affected.
The Receptionist Program has been renamed: Concierge Skills
New Training Enrollments:
NEW users and existing users wanting to enroll in additional training will only have access to enroll in the new course and program configurations.
Modern Retailing content has been fully incorporated into existing training where applicable.
Management training has been reorganized to allow for isolated topic training.
Dealership Staff Programs are no longer role-based. Staff programs are now divided into Sales Skills and Service Skills. Within each program, training courses have been separated into Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced level courses. These programs can be accessed by navigating to the Programs page then scrolling down to the Dealership Staff Programs.
The following role-based courses are still available for enrollment and can be accessed from the Courses page by selecting the Staff Training category.
Note: The following courses are single mini-courses and do not include any specific skills training (Phone, Internet, etc.).
